Shipping costs vary by country store and order value. Exact shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Many of our country stores offer free or discounted shipping above a minimum order value — please check your local store for current promotions.
International shipping costs will be quoted on request. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes for international orders outside our primary country stores are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 noon local time are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order is dispatched.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
While we work with reliable shipping partners, occasional delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

If any items are missing from your order or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.
You may return any unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be:

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For products that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Pizza Oven Company will cover all return shipping costs.

We do not charge any restocking or administration fees for returns made within the 30-day window in accordance with this policy.
All Pizza Oven Company products carry a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your product develops a fault within the warranty period:
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs or modifications, or failure to follow the care and usage instructions provided with the product.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. Contact us if you need assistance with this process.
