Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

Pizza Oven Company delivers worldwide. We operate dedicated local stores with local stock in the following countries:

For countries not listed above, international shipping may be available. Please contact us at theteam@customersupport.care before placing an order to confirm availability and delivery timeframes to your location.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by country store and order value. Exact shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Many of our country stores offer free or discounted shipping above a minimum order value — please check your local store for current promotions.

International shipping costs will be quoted on request. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes for international orders outside our primary country stores are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 noon local time are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order is dispatched.

4. Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

5. Delivery Issues

5.1 Delayed Deliveries

While we work with reliable shipping partners, occasional delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

5.2 Damaged on Arrival

If your pizza oven arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the damage and the packaging before opening
  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt if possible
  • Contact us within 48 hours at theteam@customersupport.care with photos

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5.3 Missing or Incorrect Items

If any items are missing from your order or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.

6. Returns Policy

6.1 30-Day Return Window

You may return any unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be:

  • Unused and in original, resaleable condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

6.2 Products That Cannot Be Returned

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or show signs of use
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modification
  • Consumable accessories (e.g. gas regulators that have been connected)

6.3 How to Initiate a Return

    Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

    Securely repackage the product in its original packaging. Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the box.

    Ship the product to the return address provided in our RA email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  • 4
    Once we receive and inspect the returned product (typically within 3–5 business days), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6.4 Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For products that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Pizza Oven Company will cover all return shipping costs.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing times:

  • Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal and digital wallets: 3–5 business days

We do not charge any restocking or administration fees for returns made within the 30-day window in accordance with this policy.

8. Warranty Returns

All Pizza Oven Company products carry a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your product develops a fault within the warranty period:

  • Contact us at theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and a description of the fault
  • We may ask for photos or a short video of the issue
  • We will arrange collection, repair, or replacement at no cost to you

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs or modifications, or failure to follow the care and usage instructions provided with the product.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. Contact us if you need assistance with this process.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable local law. In particular:

  • Australia: Australian Consumer Law (ACL) rights apply
  • United Kingdom: Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights apply
  • European Union / Ireland: EU Consumer Rights Directive rights apply
  • Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, USA: Local consumer protection laws apply

If your statutory rights provide greater protection than this policy, your statutory rights take precedence.
